Job description :

- Support in deal origination, structuring, negotiation & execution of transactions across Debt space (Project Finance/ Structured Finance/ Mezzanine/ Special Situation Funding and etc

- Deep network and established relationships with potential borrowers including Banks, (Private & PSU), NBFCs, Credit Funds, Special Situation Fund and FPIs

- Support in deal diligence including deep understanding of business model and conduct primary research viz market sizing, competitor benchmarking, creation of investment memos etc

- Thorough analysis of financial statement for risk assessment, Preparation of teasers, pitch books, information memorandum, financial models, and other deal-related presentations & notes

- Assist in loan/ investment documentation and disbursement

- Candidate should be able to pitch a proposal independently to Fund houses/ NBFCs etc

- Understand the full spectrum of the client's capital & funding requirements on debt & equity side

- Strong awareness of market trends and underwriting appetite to originate the right kind of transactions

- To keep update self and the team on the relevant RBI/ SEBI regulations

Manage key relationships with Large Corporates/Banks/NBFC's/Financial Institutions at various levels with a view to leverage Business Opportunities.

Exposure to credit related aspects pertaining to a multitude of sectors such as Infrastructure; Power (Hydro, Solar), Transmission & Real Estate.

Appraisal of various projects which includes Financial Modeling, Conducting Due Diligence,

Preparation of Appraisal Note, Finalizing the Term Sheet, Accessing the Regulatory Guidelines vis- vis the Project Requirements, Assessment of the Industry.

Entrusted with handling Region's Critical Group Relationships and further business penetration by leveraging existing relationship and good service delivery.

Required Candidate profile:

- We are looking to hire for our investment banking division who could champion our efforts in originating and executing deals, both debt & equity, focusing on mid to large companies.

- Background of Corporate Finance / Project Finance / Private Equity / M&A / Structured Finance with end-to-end transaction experience

- A Self Starter with excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills focused on deal - origination & execution with end-to-end closure

- Demonstrated initiative & maturity in dealing with assignments & clients

- Hands on development & interpretation of financial models

Education & Experience: The ideal candidate Should be CA / CFA or MBA from a premier Business School with Strong problem-solving & analytical skills.
