VP/Senior VP - Project Director/Head - Construction (17-30 yrs)

Profile Title: Project Director (VP/Sr. VP)
Reports TO: CEO
Location : Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing overall operations for executing construction projects; involved in conducting project feasibility studies
- Design Review meetings and participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress & removing performance bottlenecks.
- Coordination with EPC Design consultant & Client / IE for Design / Drawing approvals.
- Preparing, reviewing project schedules and monitoring projects with respect to Cost, Resource Deployment, Time over-runs and Quality Compliance to ensure execution of projects within the cost and time norms.
- Formulating operating budgets, construction schedules, design reports, method statements, work specific quality control plans, HSE documents, etc.
- Controlling the cost with respect to Budget for Subcontract and Special Agencies.
- Manage all the pre-design activities and prepare necessary reports.
- Design Review meetings and participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress & removing performance bottlenecks.
- Coordination with EPC Design consultant & Client / IE for Design / Drawing approvals.
- Preparing project schedules and monitoring projects with respect to Cost, Resource Deployment, Time over-runs and Quality Compliance to ensure execution of projects within the cost and time norms.
- Formulating operating budgets, construction schedules, design reports, method statements, work specific quality control plans, HSE documents, etc.
- Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output. .
- Coordinating with clients, architects, structural & service consultants & external agencies for determining technical specifications and formulating contract documents so that contracts are within negotiated & agreed-upon parameters.
- Establish all design requirements and parameters.
- Developing and implementing key procurement strategies / purchase schedules and ensuring that these strategies / schedules are aligned with organizational objectives.
