VP/Senior VP - Infra Advisory - Investment Banking Division

CTC : as per industry (40 - 60 lacs )

Location: Mumbai (Outstation candidates willing to relocate to Mumbai may apply)

Profile requirement: 12+ years of exposure into Investment Banking / Corporate Finance Advisory in Infrastructure (Preferably in Roads, Ports, Renewables, Conventional Energy, Urban Transportation etc.) & Logistics sector with in depth understanding of Commercial & financing aspects. Exposure to Project Finance & ECM deals / transactions may be an added advantage

Relationship with Infra focused Private Equity Funds, Pension & Sovereign Funds, Multi lateral funding agencies / Financial Institutions (like IFC, ADB, WB etc.), Developers & EPC Players (Domestic & MNCs) would be a key criteria.

Role : Leading sourcing and execution of PE, M&A, Structured debt, Corporate Finance Advisory in the Infrastructure & Logistics Sector

Responsibilities:

- In depth understanding / Research covering Infrastructure sectors from commercial & financing point of view.

- Actively leading / participating in sourcing Investment Banking deals

- Commercial and Financial Due-diligence of Equity and Structured Debt deals

- Investment appraisal including Financial analysis & Financial modeling

- Preparation of Marketing documents for deal execution and leading Due Diligence process

- Actively engaging with Private Equity Funds, Strategic Investors & Structured Finance Funds for closing deals

- Leading execution of binding agreements and deal closure

Apart from the CV and other details regarding Current / Expected Compensation and notice / joining period also share a deal sheet summarizing Deals closed as well as key transactions that they have worked (but may not have closed) and / or to share NO-NAME basis deal pipeline on which they are currently working
