VP/Senior VP - Divisional Manager - Transfer Agency - Custody Operations Domain (16-22 yrs)
Divisional Manager - Transfer Agency
Location- Bangalore
- Candidate with min 16 yrs in and max 22 yrs overall and from Custody operations domain
- Candidate with min 10+ yrs relevant exp in Transfer Agency operations like Dealing, Registration and AML (should have worked on UK TA, IRE TA operations earlier)
- Very strong understanding of regulatory guidelines (UK & Ireland)
- Should have been part of transitions & transformations within business, should have worked on location strategy, BCP & performance issues of team
- Should have atleast 8 - 10 yrs. experience in team handling officially
- Excellent in communication and should be able to explain their current process well.
- The selected resource will be working in EMEA shift.
MANDATORY - Looking for candidates who are working or have experience in UK or IRE (Ireland) Transfer Agency only. No other geographies.
