VP-Sales - IT Solutions & Consulting - Exp: (18-20 years)-Pune

Our client is looking for a seasoned sales professional with exclusive IT Solution Selling exposure of at least 12-15 years. Someone with a hands-on experience on selling services to BFSI clients shall be preferred.

Location: Pune

Your Future Employer:

An IT Service and IT consulting firm headquartered in Chicago.

Responsibilities:

1. Hunting new Logos through aggressive and prospecting activities.

2. Owning the sales plan and strategizing a game plan to achieve the same.

3. Negotiating service contracts.

4. Providing plan to support new and existing client needs.

5. Working with the delivery team to structure & finalize proposals and SOW's.

6. Performing financial analysis of new ventures.

7. Leading cross functional teams to solve a range of business problems that can arise including working through complex organization operational areas.

Requirements:

1. 18-20 years' experience in sales and Business Development

2. Must have a hunting heavy exposure in sales of BFSI services and Solutions.

3. Exceptional solution sales leadership abilities.

4. Must have handled a sizeable time of at least 10-12 reportees.
