VP-Sales for a Global Ink Manufacturer for there Offset Division

Candidates From Ink Or Chemical Industry Are Only Preferred

Title : Vice President - Marketing & Sales (Offset)

Location : Gurgaon

Reporting to : Director - Marketing & Sales (Offset)

Major Job Responsibilities :

- Meet all India budgeted sales targets in Offset ink business which includes newspaper ink, sheet fed ink etc.

- Strengthen channel partners and facilitate them to grow the business.

- Have good relationship with all newspaper publishers, printing presses, dealers etc.

- Monitor competitor's activity and create databank.

- Coordinate with technical team for cost saving, trouble shooting and introduction of new products.

- Follow the payment terms with the customers to keep outstanding within limit.

- Managing team of regional Heads for achievement of regional targets

Minimum Job Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Science from a well-known University and MBA.

- Techno Commercial work experience of minimum 20, out of which 8 to 10 years experience of working at a Senior Management level.

- Rich experience in Institutional Sales and Channel Partner Management

- Should have worked in SAP environment.

- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and problem solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Mathematical / Analytical skills
