The positions are in Consumer SME and Commercial Businesses for an NBFC

Responsibilities:

- Establish Risk Policy, Risk Management framework and Risk Dashboard for the Company

- Establish and review Risk Control & Self-Assessment across various functions, set up process to capture loss events, review risk tolerance limits and implement measures to proactively address risk mitigation measures

- Defining risk tolerance limits across various functions and review from time to time on the basis of risk appetite agreed with management and Risk Management Committee of the Board Risk assessment, which involves analyzing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business;

- Risk reporting in an appropriate way for different audiences, for example, to the board of directors so they understand the most significant risks, to business heads to ensure they are aware of risks relevant to their parts of the business and to individuals to understand their accountability for individual risks;

- Carrying out risk management processes such as purchasing appropriate insurance covers, making business continuity plans to limit risks and prepare for if things go wrong;

- Conducting audits of policy and compliance to standards, including liaison with internal and external auditors;

- Providing support, education and training to staff to build risk awareness within the organization

- Working with senior management to assess, document, manage and monitor their risks, controls and mitigating actions

- Ensuring that risk information is used correctly and kept up to date

- Establish Loss Events reporting, tracking and rectification framework

- Engage with International team to understand global best practices and implement best risk management practices in the organization
