About the Role SaaS Labs is looking for a Revenue Operations Leader to align revenue goals by leading&nbsp;marketing, sales, and customer support/success BUs to drive cohesiveness and enable a one&nbsp;team positive working culture. Reporting to the Founder, this is an exciting opportunity to be a&nbsp;founding member of the next phase of firms growth and will provide critical leadership to&nbsp;challenge current ways of working and lead initiatives focusing on driving revenue growth and&nbsp;streamlining processes across Marketing, Sales and Success. Roles & Responsibilities - Align revenue goals by leading marketing, sales (inbound as priority), and customer support/success BUs to drive cohesiveness and enable a one team positive working culture - Challenge current ways of working and lead initiatives focusing on streamlining processes&nbsp;across Marketing, Sales and Success - Build, track and communicate business information and insights around a clear set of Go To&nbsp;Market (GTM) strategies in international markets with focus on mid-sized/SMBs - Be responsible for the departments P&amp;L and drive all initiatives which impact the top line - Optimize inbound sales and marketing funnel to collect more high-quality leads; be ready to be 'hands-on' as required - Build out a more predictable model and process for revenue forecasting; ability to assess and&nbsp;mitigate risk, forecast long and short-term outcomes, and navigate scenarios - Drive maturity improvement in Rev Ops (across sales, marketing and customer support/success) performance management via the data-based decision making - Increase operational efficiency through processes and tools, integrated cadences and planning,&nbsp;fostering more value-add conversations - Be a visionary and keep abreast of industry changes, market intelligence, customer insights,&nbsp;new regulations, and disruptive technologies to ensure the development and implementation of forward-looking strategy, systems, and practices Experience Required - 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years in leading revenue operations/sales operations /&nbsp;GTM strategy/customer success - Experience at a high-growth SaaS startup (highly preferred) or an established SaaS company or a management consulting firm - Demonstrated leadership and team management experience - Customer centricity focus and an entrepreneurial mindset with sharp business acumen - Bold thinker, applying outside-in thought leadership to reimagine ways of performing work &nbsp;with a passion for inventing and simplifying - Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extract insights from data - Pragmatic problem solver and not afraid to challenge the status quo and influence change - Great communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to communicate across multicultural and experience levels, internal &amp; externally - Post Graduation (MBA) from a premier institute
