Your Role :
- The VP Research & Development would be responsible for disrupting the current modus operandi by bringing best practice research, development and innovation to the organization.
- The candidate will transform and disrupt their current R&D approach by bringing - out of the box- innovation to the product portfolio.
- This role is particularly key for the brands. The R&D leader is a key individual in the organization who will play a large part in the transformation of the organization and the overall strategy and success of the organization.
- The desired result is first-to-market- and - fast followers initiatives for strategically focused product categories to generate sustained business growth.
Must Have : Candidate must have very solid experience in the dairy industry and someone who has led multiple innovations with at least 6 - 7 years in leadership level role. Out of the box thinker with a good stake holder management skills.
