Job Description:

- Ensure high quality of implementation; Ensure high CSS (customer satisfaction) and reduced customer escalations thru structured project management / implementation; Review implementation options and agree the approach with stakeholders.

- Demonstrates by personal leadership and action full support and commitment to integrity in all business transactions and relationships.

- Talent development / develop skills on all implementation activities (project management, change management, migration, ..)

- Fosters an environment of continuous quality improvement; identify and implement best practices across projects

- Foster an environment for 'design thinking' in implementation thru usage of tools, automation, standardization

- Provide a Implementation support infrastructure to ensure customer satisfaction and customer engagement as a priority through various stages like Planning, testing, training, data migration, IT infra, ....

- Identify Implementation issues (product versions, issues on support, implementation, design or development) and ensure timely closure of these issues; Identify root causes and provide leadership on defect preventions through proper diagnostics.

- Experience in Program Management in Product implementation of Enterprise Banking Application - Wealth Management program would be advantage

- Should be fluent in speaking English and Local language
