VP - Program Lead - Robotics Automation Process - Banking (13-16 yrs)
Responsibilities: The Program Lead is expected to support & coordinate the Robotics Process automation program efforts.
Some of the primary responsibilities will be:
- Leading the Process Advisory program, including managing the PA team, interacting with Site Leads and other management to identify improvement opportunities leading to LSS projects that improve key business processes
- Acting as the Business Process Consultant, Change Champion and Problem Solver, responsible for relationship & demand management.
- Run Diagnostic Reviews identifying improvement potential among business functions as well as secure successful execution of proposed improvements
- Providing analysis of process performance and preparing summations for management, supporting the completion of diagnostic Reviews
- Responsible for knowledge management in the BDC's on process re-engineering, RPA, ML, AI. Train, enable and provide the teams with tools & methods to innovate - by applying design thinking methodology and effective tools and techniques
- Lead, coach and mentor projects covering following topics: process reengineering, process consolidation, organizational alignment and pooling of competencies, identification of opportunities for automations (e.g. RPA - Robotics Process Automations), Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Supporting the identification, development and reporting of critical process performance measures for the entire center
- Support the development of the staff of the BDC in CPI Methods and tools (Green Belts, Black Belts)
- Strong demand to build-up & offer solution recommendations beyond typical lean six sigma, i.e. RPA, data science and reporting tools
- Strengthen consultancy, engagement building & influencing skills
- Secure technical expertise of data science to grow team's know-how & work with the business as trusted advisor on innovative solutions
Qualification:
- Minimum of 13+ years of people management experience; prior experience in managing a technical project focused team Operations, Banking, IT or consultancy background (5 years + experience) and a solid understanding of project management in the banking arena
- A proven track record of successfully delivering projects / program
- Excellent influencing & relationship building skills
- Specialized skills in organizational design and managing organizational change, program management capabilities
- Past experience in implementation of RPA projects (i.e. discovery, assessment, oversight of implementation)
- Working knowledge of ML and AI, i.e. concepts, applications, solution delivery and limitations
- Solid analytical and statistical background - skilled in Minitab or similar statistical software
- Ability to communicate effectively to and command attention from senior managers
- Ability to produce clear, concise reporting
- Excellent MS Office skills and hands-on with other project management tools
- Effective relationship management and influencing skills
- Must be a self-starter and operate well independently
- Delivery focused and process oriented
- Excellent verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- MBB - Experience in delivering Lean Six Sigma training - Black Belt Certification
