Knowledge and Expertise -
- Comprehensive knowledge and effective use of analytical tools including SQL and SAS.
- Ability to create analytical framework from inception to finish, evaluate profitability of program such as ECM program and EPP campaign
- Good understanding of statistical tests and interpretation of results
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Key Accountabilities -
- Process proposals, business cases and strategies in a short time frame to work hands on and develop an analytical framework that enables the measurement of performance of existing and future activities
- Relationship management to work with multiple teams - getting inputs and aligning on assumptions to create modelling approach for evaluating programs. Managing senior stakeholder expectations
- Create customized views that enable business teams to implement pricing strategies.
- Influence and ensure proper conduct, serve as the first line of defence for the business to take appropriate decisions basis the model output.
Stakeholder Management and Leadership
- Share analytical insight with the commercial teams in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Risk and Business Intelligence teams to drive business value.
Problem Solving
- Ability to evaluate complex business proposals and develop a go or no go response.
- Formulate the modelling approach for evaluating product value proposition, equal payment plan program and apply learnings from historical campaigns to create a forecast.
