We are on the mission of making insurance exciting for everyone. We are a group of 30 something who are trying to change the perception of Insurance for everyone especially for the 20 something. InsureTech is the new Fintech & with us you get to work with the leaders of InsureTech.

Your role would be to:

- Defining product features & roadmaps

- Pre-validation of your ideas or your boss' ideas through market research & dipstick surveys to get the customer buy-in & validation of idea through data for the business buy-in

- Conceptualize journeys & wireframe - so design team has all the clarity

- Writing detailed product specs - so dev team do not find any excuses for the delays

- Checking the tech specs to ensure they are in line with product responsibilities

- Define KPIs for every feature rolled out

- Laying out a marketing plan along with the marketing team for your product - because who knows the product better than the person who conceptualized it

- You'll be the owner of the adoption, growth & iteration of your product
