- Complete ownership of the overall delivery of Product Control controls programme relating to Finance within stipulated timelines and with quality

- Stakeholder management

- India CCO management

- Drives consistency in approach across the global teams and the Group as a whole

- Ensure efficiency in all deliverables to create capacity to absorb more work with the same team strength

- Contribute effectively to any restructuring requirement of the team organisation structure

- Act as advisor to the Product Control business on control matters

- Manage conflicting demands and priorities through effective planning and sound judgement
