VP - Portfolio Operations - Private Equity Firm

Note: Candidates must have exp of start up, worked as a founder, Co-founder or have started their own business should apply only.

- Ideally an MBA with an overall experience of 3-8 years.

- The main job is to develop and execute growth plans and exit strategies for the portfolio companies.

- Seeking someone with a deep operating experience who will ensure the portfolio companies' performance is in-line with the investment thesis. The job also involves working with the internal team of portfolio companies so that investment milestones are met.

- Candidates should have an experience in both global and Indian business environment.

- Should have deep operational experience in functional areas such as general management, managing P&L, sales and marketing, finance and strategy.

- Managing the P&L for entire Business.

- The position will be based out of Bengaluru and will involve travelling across India to engage with portfolio companies for 50% of one's time.
