VP - Operations - NAM/APAC Regions

Responsible for managing the Security, Alternative investment and Advisory, Operations supporting and providing Leadership, Daily process delivery, Collaboration, People Management, Talent Build out and Management, Operational Excellence, Lean implementation, and Innovation there by building a High Performance Teams and Center of Delivery Excellence.

As the NAM Investment Operations Center Lead:

Ensure daily consistent service delivery for wealth investment business.

Strong product and operations knowledge in managing custody operations covering all securities products such as equity, bonds, notes and Mutual funds

Lead the strategic deliveries in line with Business strategies supporting NAM/APAC regions

Lead the Lean and Operations excellence initiatives to simplify the Operations operating model

Drive the process simplification initiatives to realize the process efficiency and also automate the processes to improve productivity

Manage and Exercises control over sizeable resources / budget, policy formulation and planning and provides significant contribution to the future strategy of Operations out of India

Build working relationships with key customers to facilitate change and enhance the services provided

Manage the Operational delivery KPIs and also site level KPIs

Good trade life cycle operational Knowledge to handle Product launch, Pricing, Mutual funds execution, custody operations for securities, Income processing, asset services, advisory and fee billing.

Qualifications :

15+ years experience of which minimum of 10 years in investment Operational process management in Wealth management Operations

Ability to manage multi layer teams and ability in managing multiple stakeholders.

Ability to handle pressure, Strong interpersonal skills required for frequent multi-level interaction

Competence in Risk & Control, detailed knowledge of financial markets and regulations, ability to identify and mitigate emerging risks

Leadership skills; strong communication and presentation / public speaking skills

Individual must posses strong analytical skill to lead the change of the processes in Operations. Able to analyze some of the current process and work on refining the processes to optimize and increase the efficiencies

Extensive experience supporting the Operations for UHNW groups and strong knowledge about the products and services such as Banking Operations; Client Support Services; Security and Advisory Operations; Capital Markets Operation

Prior experience managing the teams working in night shift
