VP - Operations - Health & Welfare

The VP Health and Welfare will be accountable for:

- Leading delivery of strategic initiatives for global Digital Transformation for Health & Welfare domain

- Team delivers against departments operational goals like SLA compliance, Timeliness, Risk mitigation and compliance

- Handle the entire India H&W team deliveries

- Involve in department's transformation goals, process enhancement, automation.

- Lead people engagement and stakeholder management initiatives

Looking at candidates with 20+ years of experience , a minimum of 8 years experience in managing Health & Welfare OR Benefits administration portfolio.
