COMPANY PROFILE :
- Indian Subsidiary of an INVESTMENTS MANAGEMENT Company, headquartered at DUBAI.
- Indian operations will have Investment management business and a Direct Tax KPO
- The Direct tax KPO will be a much larger operations
- This position is for heading the direct tax KPO operations.
PERSON PROFILE :
- Experience of DIRECT Taxation (INCOME TAX ACT) Service Delivery.
- CA with 15 plus years of experience
- Experience of managing multi teams on multiple projects.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Understand the big picture requirements and work closely with Leadership team for effective delivery and customer experience.
- Bring entrepreneurial mind-set to operations and business to provide appropriate service performance metrics and reports to deliver value to clients and organization
- Display a good executive presence and extensive knowledge of Indian Income Tax Law to guide and manage teams.
OTHERS :
- Develop subject matter expertise (Indian Income Tax) and an effective management team, hire for key positions to ensure that the organization is adequately staffed to deliver its goals
- Provide clear direction to team, define role clarity and set performance expectations in accordance with business objectives
- Manages the effective achievement of objectives by setting individual targets develops, engages and motivates staff, providing regular feedback in order to maximize individual and team performance Select External, Select Internal
