VP-On-boarding Lead (India)
Our client is one of the largest MNC banks in the world known progressive approach. They service retail, consumer, and investment banking clients and have been successful in expanding their services in the sub-continent.
Responsibility :
Reporting into the Global head,you will be responsible for :
- Able to manage a team of regional On boarders to make certain all R&LS objectives are met
- Ensure all Work Orders are valid and funded to ensure time sheet and progress logs are able to be submitted and approved without delay
- Make certain that APAC team follows global processes related to use of templates and communications
- Run weekly reports associated with volumes and cycle time across team.
- Resolution of all items not meeting 3 day on boarding SLA
- Maximizing bandwidth of team based on volumes by product line and distributing.
- Ensuring team has high data integrity standards
- Run weekly reports to confirm all T&M and SOW Work Orders are reviewed for accuracy and data integrity of contractor requests for approval
- Client management to socialize the new engagement model, including approach and SLAs
- Responsible for ensuring all on boarders achieve 24-48 hour cycle time for completion of on boarding (Due Diligence, IDs, Visa clearance, and Work Order finalization) for all resources (onshore and offshore)
As as successful candidate :
- Bachelor's degree required with total 10+ years experience and 5+ years in staffing industry on sells and buy side with IT experience
- Strong organizational and detail oriented skills Staffing Subject Matter Expert Ability and experience working in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Managed a team of 5-8 people.
- Ability to multi-task on a consistent basis
- Strong problem solving capabilities
- Experience with automated end-to-end sourcing tools including implementation and organizational change management
