VP - Legal - LLB/LLM - mCommerce

Heading the legal, regulatory and risk for Mcommerce and Emerging Businesses.

- Adept in spearheading the entire gamut of Legal & Compliance with specialization in advising the Product and Business teams on structuring of products, identifying product specific risks, arranging legal agreements and preparing documentation.

- Expertise in understanding and implementing overseas regulatory regime.

- Good working knowledge of DFSA, FSC and FSA regulatory regime.

- Excellence in implementing and monitoring strict regulatory compliance's; strong exposure in measuring & managing operational risk within the business in accordance with internal processes & controls.

- Instrumental in keeping close track of process failures, operational errors and impact of contractual obligations.

- Analysing MIS reports with the objectives, policies and procedures of the management and identifying variances with the plan and suggesting continuous improvement processes.

- Possess exceptional relationship management & negotiation skills with proven abilities in liaising with government departments, regulatory authorities and external agencies including SEBI, RBI, Banks, Financial Institutions, etc.

- Adept in supporting and sustaining a positive work environment that fosters team performance with strong communication and relationship management skills.

Candidate's Requirement :

- Full time LLB/LLM from Tier-I institutes heading the legal function

- 18+yrs of Experience in a Retail Bank or from Mcommerce.
