Job description-

- Good experience in litigation. Should have good experience in commercial laws and trade laws

- Providing legal advice & solutions on intellectual property issues.

- Execution of various Agreements, Deeds

- Carry out legal Due Diligence for all Joint Ventures. Co-ordinate with Lawyers, Solicitors and Arbitrators

- Monitoring the Statutory Compliance by the Company and facilitating the Legal Audits with consistency in the application of all applicable laws and regulations

- Documentation related support, Monitoring Day to day Legal actions and follow-up etc

EDUCATION & EXP-

- Full time LLB/LLM from Tier-I institutes

- Heading the legal function for atleast 5 years in large Indian or MNC organisation

- Good contacts with Lawyers

- Annual Salary Offered: Upto 50 Lacs
