Role description:
- Lead the BPO delivery transformation initiatives involving disruptive tooling, and defining innovative service delivery approaches and new offerings.
- Lead all tooling and automation initiatives that are taken in the organization towards our overall Innovation / Automation Program.
- As a part of Delivery Excellence team this resource will drive Solution Risk Review
- To collaborate and bring in the best practices
Role Dimensions:
- Candidate should have been involved with delivery transformation initiatives, leading to significant transformation of delivery, cost, profitability, service level and customer satisfaction - and some truly disruptive initiatives.
- The incumbent will have a proven track record of success lading large delivery or practices teams, roadmap development, delivery/account management and deployment of large scale and high quality technology solutions in BPO service
- A successful track record exemplifying his/her consistency in delivering results.
- Strong business acumen and partnership skills.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Six Sigma is mandatory
- Conceptually sound, articulate and a systems thinker and a quick execution expert, can manage ambiguity and excel in a fast paced environment.
- BPO expertise, knows the nuts and bolts of day-to-day delivery
- Effective communicator, Proactive planner with strong analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities
- Quick learner with an ability to scale up and flexible on work timings
- Assertive and solution-oriented with an ability to meet strict timelines and adhere to processes
