VP - Java/JEE Technical Manager - Global Wholesale Banking Line

We have a urgent Job opening of VP - Java/J2EE Technical Manager - Global Wholesale Banking Line with Our CMMI level 5 Clients for Hyderabad location.

Designation : VP

The Java/JEE Technical Manager (CPO Development Lead) is accountable for technical delivery of one or more J2EE and allied projects / applications within Global Wholesale Banking Line of Business, spanning teams spread across geographies and entities.

The role would involve three main aspects:

- Technology Management

- Delivery Management

- People Management

Responsibilities:

- Participate in and contribute heavily to the technology strategy of the client facing channels within Global Wholesale Banking

- Involve in architecting, designing and development of the next generation of “Client Facing” Treasury and Cash Management Portal

- Hire and train high quality resources

- Manage delivery across various offshore entities

- Managing medium to large teams.

- Develop applications within the estimated schedule and effort.

- The role will co-ordinate with multiple entities spread across geographies and locations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or closely related field

- At least 15 years of extensive experience in Java/JEE Technologies at various capacities

- Strong exposure to Wholesale Banking Domain

- Experience developing Client facing treasury portals

- Experience managing large project & delivering successfully

- Experience managing large teams including vendor teams

- Strong experience in Agile Methodology

- Hands-on technology specialist capable of playing various technology roles and should be a quick learner to adapt to newer and broader technologies

- Prior experience in development and integration of desperate enterprise systems

- Comfortable managing technology teams based out of different geographies and entities

- Effective documentation, knowledge transfer, mentoring, training and client interaction skills

- Experience in managing a combination of onshore & offshore development team as well as collaborating with a cross-disciplinary team members
