VP - IT Infrastructure & Security - Insurance

We are looking for :

Designation: VP IT Infrastructure & Security

Experience: Core IT experience (12+ years in Infra & Security)

Job Responsibilities:

- In charge for IT infrastructure, IT security, End user support and IT compliance.

- Head the Infrastructure team & Security team of 8 people.

- Participate in IT strategic planning, project planning and budget planning for the organization.

- Define, manage and support the entire operations infrastructure & security systems for organization.

- Aligning business goals with technology solutions to drive process improvements, competitive advantages

- Providing leadership for delivery of 24/7 service operations and compliance by establishing metrics, key performance indicators, and service level agreements to continually improve the performance of IT operations.

- To evaluate and recommended security solutions to meet security objectives.

- Track the conduct of risk management, vulnerability, and system assessments, security plan updates, contingency plan updates and testing, security authorizations, as well as to implement and update security certifications.

- Analyze technology trends and develop infrastructure strategy, and delivery processes designed for agility and cost effectiveness.

- Establish and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with vendors and service supplier.
