VP - Investment Management Operations - Performance & Site Lead (Diversity Only) with a leading global bank Our Client - a leading Global Bank is looking for a VP - Performance Operations and Site Lead for their Bengaluru office - As part of Performance Operations, the individual will be responsible to provide vendor relationship oversight wrt performance measurement and composite maintenance investment professionals; understand the performance requirements of company's proprietary funds; local reporting rules and regulatory requirements to provide accurate performance data; understand and work on the firm's annual GIPS verification process; etc - As a Site lead, the individual will be responsible to support the India IM Operations Head in day to day management; respond to various requests from Firm, Business Unit and Operations management; represent Operations at Bengaluru Operations and Firm governance routines; partner with Global Workforce Strategy and Operations management in executing location strategy moves and related governance; etc Requirements : - Experience of at least 10 years - Asset management performance calculation and reporting experience including knowledge of alternative return calculations and GIPS standards - Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects through the various phases of the project management lifecycle. - Prior experience of working with Global teams/ Transition Management/ PMO work would be preferred
