Technical Skills/Competencies

- Expert Info Sec understanding gained through strong working experience in senior Info Sec / IT Sec roles;

- Experience of coordinating the development, implementation, maintenance of a corporate-wide policies and procedures.

- Strong knowledge and understanding of data security / info sec principles and procedures.

- Strong stakeholder management skills across teams and upwards throughout organisations with strong personal impact.

- Working knowledge of all areas of the organization and the ability to develop a clear understanding of the company's key functional processes and resources

- Highly organised and structured and ability to deliver as an individual contributor, through influence as well as through team resources.

- Positive attitude, with commitment enthusiasm and appetite for change

- Strong practical experience of implementation of ISO 27001.

- Good negotiation and influencing skills to determine an outcome that is mutually acceptable and leads to effective vendor management/selection (e.g. Vendors for ISO certification/servellience).

- Strong communication skills to communicate complex material to a wide and varied audience in a clear and concise format.

- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
