Note: Looking for candidates with strong HRBP experience from Banking, Captives, Financial Services firms Role: Pure play HRBP role including closely working with Site Head and team management of HRBPs Some of the key responsibilities will include: - Plans, develops, organizes, implements, directs and evaluates the organization's human resource function and performance. - Translates the strategic and tactical business plans into HR strategic and operational plans. - Develops staffing strategies and implementation plans and programs to identify talent within and outside the organization for positions of responsibility. - Develops progressive and proactive compensation and benefits programs to provide motivation, incentives and rewards for effective performance. - Develops appropriate policies and programs for effective management of the people resources of the organization. - Enhances and/or develops, implements, and enforces HR policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the organization. - Coordinates the activities, programs, and strategic HR plans of other HR departments throughout the location. To be eligible for this role you will require: - 12+ years of relevant HRBP experience - HRBP experience in Banking, Captives, Financial Services firms - A minimum of a bachelors degree - Prior people management experience is required - Experience in leading, developing and managing HR Operations, and teams in a shared services organization - Experience with workforce and capacity management - Strong data management and governance experience - Experience working across multiple geographies - Ability to influence in an indirect, matrix-based, and virtual environment - Experience operating in a matrix global framework is required - Strong communication and presentation skills - May require up to 20% domestic and/or international travel
