Exp: 10 + yrs  Location: Gurgaon/ Delhi  Industry - Logistic  JD :   - VP/Head of International (from/ to India) Business based in Gurgaon/ Delhi  - Reporting to current to Board Members  - Handles a direct team of about 200 and coordinate with regional/zonal departments - PAN India  - Owns direct responsibility to deliver Budgets and P&L  - Growing current business from 100 cr to 250 crs in three years  - Maintain current EBIDTA of 9% EBIDTA.   - All sales falls under Branch/Area/Regional and Zones headed by respective territory heads. The candidate must have flair and ability to work with these teams to achieve overall numbers.  - We are strong Channel Sales organization with 10,000 Channel Partners. 80% sales comes through these Channels. Ability to harness this and grow this business further.  - We are aggressively looking for Direct Party and Retail sales for our International business. Special focus and ability to build this segment of the business.  - Inbound International express business and cross-border e-commerce business is the biggest emerging opportunity. Candidate must have some knowledge and ability to build this business.
