About The Client:
Our client is one of the India's renowned Diagnostics organisation. The company is looking for the profile of Head IT.
Job Description:
- Oversee the development of IT systems, strengthening and supporting the organistion
- Managing multiple information & communication systems, projects including ERP, Lab Information Management System (LIMS)
- Developing mobile, tablet and user based applications integrated
- Working closely with functions like finance, operations, HR, marketing
- Building Information Technology teams
- Develop the IT strategy and roadmap; ensures its integration with the enterprise's strategic planning process, and the resulting business strategy and plans.
- Build & maintain leadership business partners/leaders in the region to develop the digital business strategy and meet other needs.
The Successful Applicant:
- Bachelor's (BE/B.Sc.) or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT/Information Systems, Business Administration or related field
- 12 or more years of relevant experience with 5-7 years of leadership responsibilities.
- Experience in working in start ups and related healthcare industry
- Vendor management
- Stakeholder management
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
