VP/Head - Fulfilment Center/SCM/Logistics

A reputed giant concern is looking for VP-Fulfilment Center/SCM/Logistics.

- Capital Expenditure, Budgeting and Operational Cost accountability of FCs across India.

- Lead the FC (Fulfilment Centre) function for India and work closely with the Senior leaders across including Retail, Product, Engineering, & others

- Build & carve out a strong and scalable Leadership/Management Team for Fulfillment Centre aligned with company Vision

- Work closely with Technology/Engineering team to build strong technology/System/Processes for the Fulfilment centres.

- Develop,Mentor and Motivate the team spread across locations to achieve higher goals.

- Carefully select and intelligently apply world class warehousing Processes and Automation

- Responsible for making FC a benchmark in both online & offline retail in Indian context

- Make strategic use of capital, to increase productivity, quality, and solving problems for scale in context of overall vision

- Think of better customer experience: In addition to internal cost savings, look at acquiring utilizing tools/automation solutions which deliver tangible benefits to bother internal/external customers.

- Provide warehousing & order fulfilment for not only but also to third party sellers who sell on

- Work with External Supply Chain experts to implement global supply chain initiatives within company

- Work closely with Enabling/Business Partners like HR, F&I, IT, Finance & Accounts, Operations Excellence with respect to FC.
