VP/FVP - Project Finance - Banking

A Foreign Bank's Project Finance Team is looking to hire an experienced banker for originating and executing project finance transactions in India. The Project Finance team provides arranging and advisory solutions across various sectors including Renewables, Infrastructure (including Digital Infrastructure), Oil & Gas and Mining & Metals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Deal Origination:

1) Maintain close relationship with a local team of clients

2) Prepare financial proposals including term sheets and/or presentations

3) Identity and monitor market developments and opportunities

4) Liaise with various internal, external stakeholders (local banks, advisors, legal firms etc.) and clients as necessary

Deal Execution:

1) Preparation of credit paper

2) Assist in documentation with support from internal and external legal counsel

3) Build, review & run sensitivities on financial model/cash flow

4) Completion of all aspects of loan administration and execution until drawdown

Ideal Candidate :

- Should have relevant work experience in Project Finance, especially a strong experience in Renewables would be preferred

- Good understanding of loan documentation

- Good transaction structuring skills and understanding of credit process

- Financial modelling skills

- Good written and verbal communications skills
