1.Work closely with the partners in planning and designing fundraising strategies.

2. Consistently identify and build stronger networks to ensure a strong funding pipeline. Keep developing newer channels and avenues for fundraising.

3. Responsible for achieving fundraising targets in the domestic and international market.

4. Develop and manage partnerships with potential funders and sponsors. Manage and work towards development of family offices.

5. Support Partners in managing relationships with existing funders, institutions including regular communication and reporting.

6. Play a strategic role in finalizing the fund's communication strategy to all its LPs.

7. Responsible for end-to-end fundraising lifecycle including negotiation of terms and conditions and closure of financial agreements in discussion with the partners.

Qualification/Experience Required:

Post graduate preferably with a specialization in Economics, Business Management/ Finance.

Mid - senior level professionals (with minimum 10 years relevant experience) already entrenched with Family Offices / UHNIs and institutions in a high-engagement role.

Candidates must have worked with wealth management verticals from groups such as IIFL, Kotak, Axis, Edelweiss, Anand Rathi etc. or have handled fund raising for early stage focused VC funds focused on Family offices and such other roles

Preference :

Proven ability to fundraise in the domestic/ international market from various channels - corporates, institutions, family offices, etc.
