Looking for VP - Finance Transformation with one of my banking clients.

- Manage & lead key Group FP&A initiatives in digital reporting, process improvements and change management initiative outcomes by key stakeholders.

- Delivery initiatives include standardizing and digitizing designated Group FP&A reporting, improving and Corporate Planning process by simplification, automation, service management approach & tools.

- Partner with relevant teams to digitize the Group and MT scorecards reporting

- Measure & enable better quality of the reporting, in alignment with P2P digital strategy

- Work closely with regions-based FP&A teams to coordinate deliverables, ad-hoc projects / requirements and communication with business finance teams.

- Support automation, standardization and analytics driven enhancements of performance analysis to support key external reporting events.

- Support and drive further the digitization agenda, including streamlining reporting whilst ensuring key stakeholder requirements are covered

- Coordinate a high-performing team to deliver change agenda & culture through clear objectives.

- Regular engagements in driving improvement, automation & analytics mindset.

- Implement appropriate internal controls and operating risk management / monitoring processes and procedures for ensuring integrity of performance reporting and compliance with related group policies.

- Provide Project Management framework around all initiatives and related updates to senior stakeholders

- Looking for an experienced finance professional with relevant experience in Banking / Financial Services industry, with strong focus on process management and controls, with a keen attention to detail

- A degree in Engineering or certification in Six Sigma / other process improvement & modelling skills will be useful

- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement agenda within team

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in managing/mentoring individuals and nurturing relationships across stakeholders

- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while delivering quality output to senior management

- Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a problem-solving mindset/approach

- A resilient and confident self-starter with well-developed communication & inter-personal skills
