VP - Finance & Accounts - CA

- Finalization of Accounts, in depth knowledge of Schedule VI, Indian GAAP, IFRS. Closure of audits with Big 4 in past a must

- Management Reporting

- Adept in handling Direct and Indirect Taxes (Mainly Service Tax) Compliances, abreast with latest amendments

- Ability to analyze process gaps, re-engineer processes to save costs & increase efficiency

- Should be able to implement Internal Financial Controls

- Should be strong in process documentation

- Should be extremely comfortable in use of Excel, ERP packages

- Should have worked in past on new system implementations

- Should be able to work with limited support and should have ability to execute individually.

- Should be able to work effectively with across the functions and with in finance function.

- Monthly MIS, Board meeting presentations, strategy forum presentations and other need based presentations

Qualification CA is must (1st or 2nd attempt only)

Location-Mumbai

Experience

Around 12-16 years experience at a similar role in the Financial Services

(Specific to any industry.organization)-He/ She should have experience in handling Financial Controller role for the organization.
