VP/DVP - Fulfillment Process - Digital Acquisition - Credit Cards

Key Responsibilities : 

- Responsible for the overall Fulfillment Process and throughput for Credit Cards business

- Responsible for the Pick-up Percentage, Per FE productivity and Cost of Fulfillment

- Manage the over fulfillment process with focus on better customer experience

- Ensure the regular monitoring and process re-engineering of the existing Process

- Major Focus on automation and tech interventions to make the journey friction less and reduce the TAT

- Ensure the Quality of the channel and responsible for discrepancy rate
