We have an opening for VP-Research and Operations based at Delhi/NCR for an MNC
Qualification - BE/B Tech(Mandatory) in any field with 15 plus years of experience in a KPO or a Research and Analytics firm
- Will be responsible for P&L, Strategy, SLA's, Sales Support, Solution Design, Stake holder Management .
- Understand global strategy with regard to new products / processes and their impact on business operations; Participate and provide inputs in management & strategy reviews
- New product development - Gather market intelligence and keep a track of new products / technologies available in the market;
- Solution Design-Provide inputs to subordinates for designing solutions based on client requirements Intervene and
- Business development and client engagement
- Engage with prospects for addressing their requirements; Develop relationship with existing clients
- Will be responsible for handling a large team.
