Director or VP Wealth Management-
Position Specific Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
As a Relationship Manager, you will have a key role to play in establishing strong client relationship. Being the trusted advisor to client; you will develop existing client relationships. We will look to you to leverage our ONE BANK ethos to promote and deliver best-in-class products and services from across our business, thereby providing comprehensive wealth management solutions to meet clients' investment objectives & risk appetite.
This will involve maintaining sound market intelligence to enable you to source suitable solutions as well as a deep understanding of clients in order to promote new products and services to them. Your performance will be measured in terms of net new assets (NNA), return on assets and clients' satisfaction level.
- The person should be from Banking and financial services background
- Well versed with Investment products including Mutual funds/PMS/Alternate investment funds/structured products
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in Financial services.
- The candidate should have handled HNI/UHNI and SME promoter segment in the wealth management space
- Client acquisition and Client relationship management skills are of paramount importance
- The candidate should be adhering to client suitability while selling/referring products to the clients
- The candidate will be closely working with Product/ lending and operations team in onboarding/servicing/covering clients

Experience & Education/ Qualification -
- Strong Wealth Management experience.
- Formal qualification (University degree or other qualifications).
- High caliber performers with proven track record in client acquisition, growing AUM and revenue
- Solid understanding of financial services and all asset classes
- Strong networking skills and an excellent ability to connect with people
- Fluency in English and relevant local language
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- International mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a diverse, multi-cultural and fast paced environment
- Go get attitude together with a customer focused mindset
- Ability to control risks. Cognizant and compliant with regulatory requirements and the Bank's policies
