VP/Director - Process Change/Project Manager Finance (10-15 yrs)
Urgently looking for a Process Manager/Project Management Finance- VP/Director
Enable Group Finance to transform from a functional-oriented organization to a process-oriented organization as part of their Target Operating Model
Responsible to enable and embedd a process-oriented organization by supporting the GF management team and the appointed process owners with relevant process management expertise, such as process framework, process performance and process improvement.
Serve as process change catalyst and coach for the organization by supporting appointed process controllers and analysts to perform their roles with awareness/refresher training
Responsible to run process workshops to assess the process capabilities, document the process maps/flows and together with the process participants identify & prioritize process improvement opportunities
Support the process owners and process controllers to define meaningful process metrics
Establish a Quality Assurance (QA) mechanism with the process controllers with control points build into the process and supporting them to manage the process quality & output
Build a portfolio of process improvement projects - which are prioritized together with process owners - and serve either as project lead or project coach to process organization
Embed continuous improvement capabilities into the organization by orchestrating specific process training to the process participants to empower them to implement process improvements measures themselves
Build and foster effective partnerships and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders - both inside and outside GF
Requirements:
University degree and 5-10 years of hands-on & practical process management experience in financial industry - experience with off-shoring operations is desired
Hands-on experience in driving process re-engineering initiatives and expertise knowledge of Process Excellence methods (Lean Six Sigma)
Demonstrable change management experience - also with senior management
Proven track record of leading & delivering initiatives with global & matrix organizations
Strong analytical skills as well as excellent problem solving skills
Effective influencing & facilitation skills - collaborative sparring partner
Confident & professional communication style
Ability & cultural sensitivity to motivate and inspire others. Proficiency in English (oral and written) - additional languages is an advantage
