Reporting Relationship This position reports to Global Business Leader

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- This position is responsible for establishing and then delivering a - Digital Finance- agenda for the CFO clients of the Company. This comprehensive, end-to-end Digital Finance agenda will set the framework for digital enablement through straight through processing, driving better customer experience, and delivering meaningful business insights to the decision makers and ensure that systems, tool and skills are in place to support it.

- This a senior role where the ability to set a long term vision for business transformation is crucial, but must be coupled with a strong bias to action and focus on execution.

- This position will lead the digital transformation for all our Finance & Accounting clients that will enable the Organisation to be a global market leader. This position will lead the re-engineering of the finance processes to create better business value in the digital age and drive operational agility in service of customers with global consistency. The ideal candidate will manage the scope, schedule, and budget of multiple large-scale, cross-function projects to achieve desired objectives within the stated deadlines. This role will work closely with the corporate digital group and ensure that the Digital Finance strategy is closely with that of corporate. The ideal candidate will frame strategic decisions to inform market leadership. This person will be also be responsible for developing new products and services leveraging latest technology and analytical tools. They will act as a key advisor to executive management in influencing the strategic direction of the business.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES

- Comprehensive understanding of digital finance transformation including but not limited to:

- Complex project management

- Defining digital finance agenda for customer/partner experience

- Finance system landscape

- Application of analytical tools like AI and ML

- Redesigning business process to optimize digital opportunities

- Facilitates and influences the development of overall program strategy, budgets, resource allocation plans, and general program requirements for the Company.

- Strong project and resource management skills, with demonstrated ability to develop schedules and plans, manage risk and execution to deliver against the organization's goals & objectives.

- Solid knowledge of CFO agenda and exposure to large global projects

- Effective communicator to all levels of management. Ability to effectively frame issues, status, and recommendations to the executive staff.

- Ability to utilize experience and judgment in decision making, can anticipate and effectively react to product and customer issues.

- Able to effectively facilitate, lead, and provide direction for a diverse group of individuals and functions, with proven ability to manage and influence across organizational boundaries.

- Conflict resolution skills.

- Effective presentation skills.

- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and negotiate / influence positive outcomes up and down chain of command, across organizational boundaries, and from a position of non-direct authority.

- Leadership qualities: ownership, integrity, sense of urgency, results driven, motivates others.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, graduate degree a plus.

- Preferably MBA

- Prior experience with a Big 4 firm/Management Consulting firm/Global BPO with F&A specialization

- Experience of leading and managing global finance transformation projects

COMPENSATION :

- A compensation package will be dependent on experience.
