The role is with one of our clients, who own and run budget Retail stores across the country ( Apparel and General Merchandise ) The company have launched their own app and already generating revenues in their current pilot program and delivery approx 1000+ orders in the current pilot program of limited locations. They are looking to hire a Leader to scale the digital channel for consumer acquisition and revenue growth. - The role will be responsible for new consumer acquisitions, retain existing users, enhance repeat business and engage the users to enable significant growth in revenues. - Responsible for defining the company's digital channel growth plan, coordinating and executing growth programs, and optimizing the revenue funnel. - Provide customer insight, by blending data with a deep understanding of user needs, habits, and perceptions developed through targeted interviews, usability studies, and customer feedback. - Responsible for prioritizing growth initiatives by coordinating with multiple stakeholders internally ( Category, Regional Sales, Supplychain ) - Will be leading a team of Performance Marketers, Content, Catalog and Program Managers - Needs to be fluent in the full spectrum of digital user acquisition channels at their disposal
