VP - Corporate Litigation - Telecom

- Litigation Dispute Management.

- Provide legal advice and manage all tax litigation issues

- Communication with Senior Management on a regular basis to update on pending Key Litigations &investigations, issues and liabilities arising therefrom.

- Handle all investigations, enquiries, proceedings initiated by law enforcement agencies such as ED, CBI, DRI and other governmental agencies.

- Interacting with the internal / External Auditors to prepare periodical Audit reports

- Interface Industry bodies on tax matters.
