VP/CMO - Sales & Marketing - Packaging Industry

1. Designation: VP/CMO - SALES AND MARKETING

2. Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

3. Qualification: MBA from Premiere Business School.

4. Experience: 12-15 years of Sales and Marketing experience in B2B Product Sales. Out of this Minimum 5 years of experience in Packaging Industry and 3-5 years in B2B eCommerce company.

5. Under 40 years. Should be from Gurugram or willing to relocate to Gurugram.

6. Will head current sales team of 35 people and expand it to 50 in two years.

7. KPI:

a. 10x sales growth in 24 months 2 crore pm to 20 crs per month.

b. DSO of 30 days.

c. Gross margins of 20%.

d. Grow Active customer base by 10x

8. Strong Knowledge of Online business, Technology, Data, Analytics, marketing concepts and e-commerce.

9. Great personality with excellent communication and presentation skills

10. Great motivator with positive attitude and ownership

11. Package: Upto 50 lacs : Base CTC of 30 lacs, plus PLP OF 10 lacs and Stocks of 10 lacs.
