VP - Business Development - Retail Sector - Enterprise SaaS Platform (7-12 yrs)
@Scrabble has been mandated to hire a VP - Business Development
Organisation: An enterprise Saas platform for the Retail sector, funded by top investors and a well-established client base
Location: Gurgaon
Role:
- Streamline and grow the business development function
- Set up product, people & pricing strategies
- Develop networks for business development, source new clients and work directly with some key customers
- Enhance & improve the outbound sales process to bring in better predictability and scale
- Work closely with Marketing & CRM teams for inbound sales and customer retention
- Develop sales strategy and demand forecasts
Requirements:
- Min 7 years and max 12 years work experience in B2B or Consumer Tech sales or Consulting
- Must have managed large teams pan India
- Must have worked closely with founders and senior stakeholders
- Very strong background in business development and sales
- Proficient with contemporary enterprise-sales tools and tactics
Compensation: At par with industry standards including ESOPs
