Role: Finance Change Delivery is responsible for delivering end-to-end transformation across the IRRBB change portfolio driving synergies and standardization of underlying systems and processes partnering with other value streams and Global Treasury,

This role is responsible for the successful implementation of the IRRBB Operating Model & Transition for the deliverables into BAU as currently the whole program is going under massive changes in terms of regulatory requirement and operating model in Operations to meet those requirements within stipulated timeline.

- Plan and execute business transition of Programme/Project deliverables from work-streams into the BAU operation.

- Responsible for business process design basis functional design and drafting details for the process by interacting with various teams together with the inter-linkages.

- Overall responsibility for Stakeholder management at all stages of planning and delivery of key phases of the workstreams.

Requirement:

- Minimum 12years of experience post qualification in finance / IT domain and proven and progressive experience in operating models in IRRBB/Treasury work stream.

- Experience of handling the projects independently and driving end to end.

- Understanding of Software development life cycle.

- Basic understanding of IRRBB Matrices/Treasury/Liquidty/Regulatory Matrices.

- Prefer to have strong techno functional background with experience in SQL/VBA and as well as on risk systems.
