About Our Client:

Our client is one of the largest Banks with demonstrated strengths across Corporate Banking, Consumer Banking and Investment Banking. They are significantly ahead of the curve in one of the largest Analytics franchises in India.

Job Description:

- Reporting to the Analytics head

- Managing result oriented and highly skilled technology and analytics team (30+ associate) producing data driven business insights and solutions.

- Lead and provide support for large and/or complex credit policy, risk and/or marketing projects requiring advanced analytical, quantitative and technical skills

- Implement internal and external credit scoring models using both traditional and other advanced predictive technologies

- Use segmentation and optimization tools in strategy development tools

- Conduct complex research projects related to systems design, data collection, and analysis, summary of findings, recommendations and presentation of results; Drive Acquisition, credit limit setting, credit support system performance and account management

The Successful Applicant:

As the Successful Applicant, you will have:

- At least 10+ years of Business Leadership experience focused primarily in the Banking & Financial Services Domain

- At least 7+ years of proven Business Infrastructure experience or equivalent Masters or Ph. D. degree in either economics or statistics or any quantitative area or MBA (with quantitative background) Client/Account Management experience is a must

- An Entrepreneurial spirit/drive to execute quickly with the simultaneous ability to navigate political barriers

- Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally

- Strong organizational, problem-solving, inter-personal and communication skills
