Functional Competencies:

- Brand building, Marketing Analytics, Digital/Multichannel Marketing, Creative/ Design management, Content Management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for devising Marketing Strategy and Annual Marketing Plan for the Fashion and Lifestyle (eCommerce) Vertical

- Leading the company's marketing activities including strategic brand building / Strategic Marketing Initiatives / Promotions & CRM / Catalogue & Content Management

- Responsible for Marketing P&L Management of the CFS Business

- Develop financial plan (profitability targets, markup and receipt flow) in line with the business goals

- Deliver marketing ROI and manage the traffic/ retention and sales targets

- Work on marketing Mix, Creative strategy and portfolio management to ensure delivery of brand objectives - Market share, Gross Margin, Consumer Measures and Brand Financials

- Establish a new positioning for the brand for the launch and also continuous positioning with the changes in the market trends

- Build Brand Equity and drive brand loyalty

- Develop Branding Strategies in line with Organizational goals

- Identify & Support product/service innovations for best-in-class customer experience

- Set up a Partner ecosystem with the best of agencies and alliances

- Build high performance and entrepreneurial teams

- Drive Innovation and Creativity

Years of Experience (minimum & maximum): 10 + Years in Fashion/ Lifestyle Retail/ eCommerce/ Internet
