VP/AVP - US Regulatory Compliance - Bank (10-20 yrs)
In this role, you will:
- Provide additional expertise to the GTM Compliance team, provide compliance approvals, develop /manage quarterly State of Compliance report (PPT skills required)
- Track and evaluate New Business Initiatives
- Review Third Party risk requests
- Review, provide oversight and Compliance approval for GTM Marketing Materials.
- Establish, implement, and maintain risk standards and programs to drive compliance with federal, state, agency, legal and regulatory and Corporate Policy requirements
- Provide oversight and monitoring of Issue Management program
- Monitor reporting, escalation, and timely remediation of issues, deficiencies or regulatory matters regarding compliance risk management
- Provide direction to the business on developing corrective action plans and effectively managing regulatory change
- Consult for projects and initiatives with compliance risk for Global Treasury Management (GTM)
Qualifications :
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with a risk-based compliance program to assure compliance with federal, state, agency, legal and regulatory requirements or providing oversight to a compliance function
- Knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements surrounding Commercial or Consumer Banking
- Experience evaluating new business initiatives and providing compliance expertise
- Third party service provider risk experience
- Experience in FCRA , ADA, FDPA, ECOA, Fair Lending
- An active Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation
- A Masters Degree or higher or Juris Doctor (JD)/LLB/LLM
