Provide strategic leadership to the TA function in alignment with the organization's TA goals & strategy
Provide market intelligence including market mapping, talent pools, and industry insights
Utilize proactive and innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract the best talent in the market
Be a trusted talent and influential advisor by building strong, consultative relationships with our internal business clients and regional/global stakeholders, as per engagement levels.
Deliver exceptional recruitment advice to bring top talent to the organization
Present competitor and market insights for internal stakeholders
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with HR Business
Partners and key stakeholders
Manage large projects and provide business cases leveraging data to influence change where appropriate
Be a trusted influential advisor and thoughtful strategic leader - someone Who can: build strong, consultative relationships with our internal business clients while managing through a rapidly changing work environment improve performance metrics and data integrity for requisition reporting activity develop and execute strategic and creative sourcing channels
- Adhere and support to company recruitment processes
Requirements:
- 8+ years a corporate recruiting in multinational organizations with proven experience in recruiting for senior- to executive-level roles
- Knowledge of search, using multiple tools- Example, job portals, networking sites, cold calling, external vendors, etc.
- HR analytics and Dashboards
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Domain expert; Financial Services experience preferred
- Expert sourcing skills.
- Proven Leadership skill traits (elected leader in community, school & college).
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Education Qualification:
Should be full time MBA - HR from a reputed B school
