AVP / VP - Consulting Job Description: Responsibilities: - End-to-end management of several complex work streams - Strengthening the on-ground implementation of flagship schemes of the Government - Identifying and scaling-up innovative pilots across multiple disciplines - Proposing and implementing structural reforms and process engineering to improve governance - Mentoring a less tenured team member or managing a small engagement. Experience/Requirements : - A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in Management / Strategy Consulting - Experience being a part of and managing multi-stakeholder and fast-paced projects, from ideation to implementation - Understanding and appreciation of the overall industry dynamics and key trends affecting the industry - The individual must be comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the C Suite level executives - Guide, develop and inspire the multi-disciplinary project teams
