VP/AVP - GMI/ETD Reconciliation - FinTech

Vice President / Assistant Vice President With GMI, ETD Reconciliation Experience with Top Global Fintech company.

Responsibilities/Job Description :

The primary function of the role will be to lead a recs team to manage the GMI/ ETD reconciliations in respect to cover all of the current total equity reconciliations for Futures markets where there is either direct clearing members or use of agent brokers. Management of the EMEA Futures reconciliation function is an integral part of this role. This job role requires key attention to detail, good and thorough understanding of ETD account matrix, break investigation and provide resolutions in a timely manner.

Skills and experience required :

- Minimum of 12 years of work experience with at least 5 of those years managing a futures reconciliation function

- Good understanding of reconciliation tools - ETD or Intellimatch.

- Experience working on back office systems, strong GMI experience essential

- Front to back understanding of the recs function, upstream dependencies and how it impacts processes downstream around clearing, margin and brokerage, so that complex queries can be addressed accurately and in a timely manner

- Detailed understanding of exchange traded derivatives (Futures products) and preferably OTC products as well

- High attention to detail and quality of outputs delivered

- Manage multiple simultaneous deliveries to tight deadlines

- Analytical and can solve problems quickly and innovatively
